Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Currently, we only ship to the United States. We are happy to provide free shipping on all order of $99.00 and up, and $8.00 flat rate standard shipping on all other orders.
All domestic orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail. We will send you an email with tracking information after your package has been prepared for shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to be updated. Delivery typically occurs 3-7 business days after your order is processed. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by USPS.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. Please contact us if your package is damaged or lost, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by USPS.
During extreme weather, please bring your package inside as soon as possible.
